Christine has enjoyed practicing Pilates for many years. Christine received her Power Pilates Mat Level 1 certification in 2017 and Level 2 in 2018. Christine loves to share positive energy and hopes to see you at one of her classes!

Structurally Nicolette can advise home care stretch and strengthening exercise to optimize your internal vitality and delete the wasted energy that muscles use with unhealthy restrictions, poor ergonomics, posture or balance.

Shiatsu is a unique, non-invasive therapy designed to stimulate the body's inherent ability to heal itself. Using finger pressure Shiatsu involves the systematic application of manual pressure to the body's in order to assess and treat a variety of conditions.

BETTY - PYSCHIC MEDIUM

Betty was born into a family of psychics and has been doing readings since 1973 for individuals and groups. Part of sharing her gifts is to instruct others in developing their intuition. She helps students through structured exercises to identify and communicate with spirits, guides and guardian angels.

JACKIE GRONFORS - SPA THERAPIST & YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Jackie shares over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry in the Muskoka area having owned and operated two other locations and worked in the hotel and resort spa industry.  She realized that there was something missing with traditional spas and was convinced that there was a better way, one where people could truly enhance their lives through customized, and comprehensive services and classes that embrace regular massages, facials, exercise, finding inner peace & balance and care of the face and body. This realization led Jackie to earn her CYA-RYT 200 yoga certification in 2015 to further her commitment to her knowledge and understand of how to help others and draw together a team of like minded people who share the same passion help others as well.
